Program provides evidence based therapies, substance use counseling, group therapy, individualized treatment plans, crisis intervention services, connections to vocational, education and housing program services, teaches clients various coping skills to lessen and manage their mental health symptoms, provides assistance with applying for SSI/SSDI benefits for level III clients, and provides linkage to outpatient substance abuse treatments, agencies, and possible rehabilitation facilities for adults who have been or are at risk of being homeless, in psychiatric hospitals, prison, or on probation over the past year.
