Eligibility: Must be a disabled veteran or service member with one of the following disabilities:
Loss, or permanent loss of use, of one or both feet
Loss, or permanent loss of use of one or both hands
Permanent impairment of vision in both eyes to a severe burn injury
Languages: English
Application Process: Application required for Automobile or other Conveyance and Adaptive equipment

Submit to your local VA regional office.
