Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and up to 26th birthday
Must be at risk and need a higher level of care (but lower than a psychiatric hospital)
Must be non-violent and not a sex offender
Must be appropriate for an environment with shared living
Must be willing to actively participate in developing plans for recovery
