| Mission Statement | The Mission of Reentry Clinical Housing and Support Services is specializing in working with homeless and or low income populations who are at risk for homelessness. One of our main focus is to provide psycho-social wrap around services for post incarcerated individuals, who are otherwise unable to participate, due to the nature of past convictions, sexual preference, homelessness, co-occurring disorders, or are at high risk for subsequent incarcerations. In this, we will reduce the recidivism of post incarcerated individuals, through housing, clinical intervention, education, and linkage to care and other supportive services. |
