Program Delivery
Eligibility: Must be caregivers 18+ years of age caring for someone 60+ and older, or an individual of any age with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder.
Caregivers 55+ years of age related by blood, marriage or adoption, but is not the older adult parent of the child who is raising a child under 18, or disabled child of any age because parents are unable or unwilling to serve as the primary caregiver.
