Must have a mental health illness or disorder and/or substance abuse issues
Must be willing to take medication
Currently homeless or at risk of being homeless
Currently without funds or income
A willingness to receive mental health services
No parolees or sex offenders
Legal resident of the United States of America
Languages: Spanish, English
Application Process: Calls and walk-ins are accepted, no appointment is required
Criminal background check will be given during intake
Clients will be referred by DBH to CES for assessment
