Provides child care payments to providers on behalf of CalWORKs recipients in approved work or training programs, former CalWORKs recipients, parents in child protective services cases, and the working poor. Payments are reimbursed for child care provided and are paid directly to the provider.

A Cal-Learn program (teen parent), or
 An approved Welfare-to-Work (WTW)
activity, or Employed.
In a two-parent household both Parents must

activity.
