For Emergency Financial Assistance:
Must be renters or homeowners living at residences that were destroyed or severely damaged by storms and/or flooding in early 2023
Destroyed or severely damaged residence MUST be a PRIMARY RESIDENCE
If NOT, please DO NOT apply to reserve resources for those in dire need
