Eligibility: Must live in San Bernardino County and assistance is based on income and household size
HEAP - Must provide complete utility bill for gas and electric (all pages of the electric bill)
If client receives disconnect notice, must attend workshop by appointment only



Fast Track - Must have shut off notice



LI-HEAP for Seniors 60+ and older, disabled individuals receiving SSI or SSDI, or households with children 5 and under
Languages: Spanish, English
Application Process: Application and appointment required for utility assistance and weatherization.
Applications are available online, by fax or email
Fax submissions accepted
Payment methods: No fee
Documents Required: Social Security Card, Photo ID, Utility Bills, Proof of address.
If bills are not in applicants name, must provide a rental agreement, payment receipts, or monthly invoice showing applicants name.
