Provides a restorative justice-based program that aims at reducing recidivism among youth with first time minor offenses. Respondents go through a hearing with a jury of their peers, other youth volunteers, and are given a disposition to complete in an allotted amount of time.

Also provides opportunities for youth participants to undergo training and be a part of the youth court.
