Eligibility: Volunteers:
Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to visit with case child at least once per month
Minimum commitment of 18 months; average service is 10-15 hours per month
Must have a good driving record and be able to clear criminal background checks
Children seeking an advocate must be in either dependency or delinquency court and may be placed on a waiting list
Languages: Spanish, English
Application Process: Application, information session, interview, training and background screening required
