Offers support to individuals who are experiencing unsheltered homelessness and residing in Orange County. Provides care coordination, case management, and link individuals to physical health, behavioral health, housing, and other supportive services.  

Please note: This program does not offer motel vouchers and does not work with the at-risk population. Families are referred to the Family Solutions Collaborative.
