Eligibility: - 18 years and older, Must be a full-time student (12 credits), Must be a California resident for at least one year, Income restrictions apply, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients and people who have attended High School in California for 3 years are also eligible for assistance from the state
