Provides help for students who are underserved and at-promise from low-income backgrounds. The program helps students achieve their academic or personal goals such as by earning a certificate, an Associate's Degree, or transferring to a four-year university. Extended Opportunity Program and Services (EOPS) provides supplemental programs such as CARE and NextUp (CAFYES). CARE provides extra help for single parents and NextUp (CAFYES) provides support and resources to current or former foster youth who need additional support and resources.
