Program Delivery
Eligibility: - Must be receiving CalFresh benefits; Must be 60 years and older, living with a disability, or experiencing homelessness; To qualify as living with a disability, the individual must meet one of the following: Is receiving Social Security Disability Benefits, Receiving Railroad Retirement Benefits, Receiving Veteran's Administration (VA) benefits based on total disability, or Is approved for and is currently receiving Medi-Cal benefits based on a disability
