Eligibility:

- All individuals can make a report regarding an individual that is 60 years and older, and/or a dependent adult that is 18-59 years; Dependent adult must have physical, mental, or developmental disabilities; Those referred must be a resident of Orange County and must be a victim of abuse either by self or by another that occurred in the community

Reports can be made by calling the Child Abuse and Adult Protective Services Hotline; If the report meets criteria of abuse, neglect, and/or self-neglect, the report will be referred to APS and an APS social worker will be assigned to investigate
