Provides cash assistance to legal non-citizen individuals who are older adults or who live with blindness or a disability and who are ineligible for Suppplemental Security Income/State Supplemental Payment (SSI/SSP) due to their immigration status. 

Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI) participants may also be eligible for Medi-Cal, In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), and/or Food Stamp benefits. If interested in receiving these benefits, a separate application must be made for each program.
