Eligibility:	Must be all of the following: -Veteran who is homeless or at risk of becoming homeless -Veteran who is eligible for VA care -Willing to participate in VA health care -Medically stable -Totally independent in terms of self-care and self-reliant -Psychologically stable -Capable of staying clean and sober -Willing to participate in urinalysis and breath testing for substance use -Capable of living cooperatively and safely in a group and community setting -Willing to participate in the resident council and work therapy program -Free of TB exposure

Application Process:	Must complete the following forms: Application Intake Form and Release of Information. Fax or deliver forms once completed. Call for additional information

Program Fees:	30% monthly income not to exceed $525 per month
