The applicant or at least one household member must be legally documented in the U.S.
Household income must not exceed the following income limits:

Application Process:

Visit the website to register for the interest list. When assistance becomes available, the Housing Authority will select households in the interest list based on their priority. Priority is given to those who have lived or worked in Santa Clara County within the last five years. Individuals will be notified in writing of their eligibility intake appointment.
