Safety protocols include:
  • To ensure the health and safety of our clients, our drivers and passengers are expected to wear a face covering at all times
  • Our drivers sanitize the vehicle before and after each scheduled ride
  • Before leaving, passengers will complete: Pre-ride temperature check and pre-ride health questionnaire
* Transportation to complete a COVID-19 test is not available

-Able to get in and out of vehicle without assistance. If not able to do so a caregiver may accompany adult
-Must not be receiving services through other rideshare programs
-Transit services are not wheelchair accessible at this time

Routine and non-urgent services and appointments are being replaced by telephone visits when possible
