Eligibility: Riverside County resident, household Income, number and age of individuals in the home, total monthly energy costs (gas, electricity, wood, propane and oil), frail, elderly and life-threatening medical conditions (proof required)

Documents Required: Copies of current utility bill showing last 4-weeks of usage Proof of all household income, Proof of Citizenship (birth certificate, resident card) Social Security Card Application form completed and signed
