Provides services to adults suffering from severe and persistent mental health problems. These services include:
  • crisis intervention
  • psychiatric assessments
  • recovery management
  • medication services
  • case management
  • dual-diagnosis treatment
  • individual and group counseling
  • Peer-to-peer recovery services
Outreach to homeless mentally ill individuals, housing assistance and intensive case management are also available through the Full Service Partnership Programs (FSPs).  Must have referral from Mental Health Clinic for housing assistance.
