Eligibility: Adult (18 and above) with acute psychiatric disability. Homelessness; Co-occurring
Substance Use Disorder; Parolees
Languages: Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, English
Application Process: Call for intake.
Payment methods:
Program Fees: Accepts Medi-Cal and SF Health Plan. Does not accept private insurance unless authorized by provider.
Documents Required: County referral is required. Will accept self-referrals and direct client to register with County behavioral health office.
