Description
Provider Representative Center staff are available to assist providers with complex health care/pharmacy claim processing issues, and responds to questions on client and provider eligibility, claim submission procedures, claims processing issues and provider enrollment.  The Provider Representative team provides training to enrolled providers and coordinates with DSS to resolve claim submission issues.
