FOR MEDICAID FEE-FOR-SERVICE RECIPIENTS ONLY!  Will provide information about non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), and will accept complaints about the transportation providers.  (NOTE: This is not the number to call for Medicaid managed care or SAGA enrollees.  Those clients should call their managed care provider for transportation options or to lodge complaints).
