Application Process: Call to make an appointment. No walk-in's.

Documents Required: W-2 forms for jobs held in 2017, 1099 forms, bank account routing numbers, your spouse if married and filing jointly, picture ID for you and your spouse, any letter received from the IRS, student loan interest paid, social security cards and birth dates for you, your spouse, and any children, and prior year tax returns
