Families who are on MFIP and DWP, have had an MFIP and DWP case closed within the last 12 months, or meet the income guidelines, and are residents of Dakota County

- Call for an application; mail or drop off an application in person; visit website https://mnbenefits.mn.gov/ to apply and submit an application online

Once an application is received, a worker will call the applicant for a phone interview.
