Program Delivery
Eligibility: To qualify, applicants must:

- Have a gas bill in their name and received a final shut off notice or have been disconnected

- Have exhausted all other energy assistance funds

- Be responsible for paying their heat bill

- Have a bill under $1000

- Have paid 3% of the household annual income towards the balance

- Have a critical event (crisis or emergency) that has prevented them from paying the bill

- Live anywhere in Minnesota
