Description
Food shelf which can be used once in a 30-day period. Families receive food for three - five days. Hygiene items may be available as supplies last.

Vouchers for clothing (adults and families), and bedding/linens. Provides Bridging referrals for individuals needing furniture.

Transportation: Bus and gas cards are available for individuals who are experiencing homelessness and in a Coordinated Entry program or for individuals who are starting a job but haven't received their first paycheck yet.

Coordinated Entry assessments for adult families and singles 24 and older in Anoka County

Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP): Funds are only available to individuals and families facing an eviction. Funding varies month to month and may not be available.

Coordinated Entry and FHPAP requirements:

- Residents of Anoka County

- Eligible household income must be at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines

- Eligible households must be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness and in need of financial assistance due to a housing crisis
