Program Delivery
Eligibility: - Must be age 21 or older

- Must be single or married or partnered

- Rent or own a home with at least 2 bedrooms in Hennepin County

- Meet foster care licensing standards and pass criminal and social service background checks

- Are at least two years free from chemical abuse
Languages: Interpreters available

Program Fees: There are no fees to adopt a child whose parents have lost the right to raise them
