Program Delivery
Eligibility: Children who have been abused or neglected or who are at risk of being abused or neglected and their families; serves Hennepin County
Languages: Interpreters available 24 hours/7 days a week
Application Process: There are three options for reporting abuse or neglect of a child:

- Call; press 1 to make an oral report

- Complete and submit an on-line reporting form

- Print out reporting form from website, complete the form and fax it to 612-466-9581

- For emergency response, call 911
