Red Door Clinic provides the following services:

- Confidential Rapid HIV testing (20 minutes) and counseling

- Confidential testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases and prevention counseling

- Needle exchange

- Pregnancy prevention for young women ages 12 - 21

- Sexual health counseling and health education

- HIV Short Term Intervention

- HIV Care and Prevention Outreach

- Positive Perspectives: Support group for people newly diagnosed with HIV, people still adjusting and building support around living with HIV or for people living with HIV who are isolated, having a difficult time or not in medical care.

- Ryan White Early Intervention Services: Provides health screenings for people who are HIV-positive, specifically those without health insurance and who meet financial guidelines.

- CAPS (Care Access and Prevention Services) Program: Provides care and support services for individuals who are newly diagnosed with HIV or who have been living with HIV.

- Health Interventions for Men (HIM): Provides education and prevention on a number of different sexual health services for gay and bisexual men.

- SIS: A sexual health program for African American women and their partners.

- Health, Assessment and Promotion Clinic provides initial refugee medical screening and exam for primary refugees of Hennepin County, tuberculosis evaluation and treatment for active disease or suspected disease for Hennepin County residents, and evaluation and treatment of tuberculosis infection in certain high-risk Hennepin County clients determined by clinic criteria

- 8 am - 7 pm Monday and Wednesday; 8 am - 4 pm Tuesday and Friday; 10 am - 4 pm Thursday

- Needle Exchange: 9 am - 1 pm Monday; 1 pm - 4 pm Friday

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Anyone for most services
Languages: Spanish speaking staff; telephone interpretation provided; appointments needed for visits that require an American Sign Language interpreter
Application Process: - Call or walk in

- Clinic stops accepting walk in patients once maximum patient volume has been reached for the day. Arrive early to reduce wait time and increase the likelihood of being seen.

- In addition to walk in visits; appointments are available daily. Cannot schedule appointments online or for the same day.

- Needle Exchange: Advise the receptionist or any Red Door staff; bring used needles in a puncture-proof plastic bottle with a screw-on cap, such as a soda or laundry detergent bottle; if dropping off a few needles, put them in the marked boxes located inside the restroom

- Appointments required for pregnancy prevention services and Ryan White Early Intervention services.

- Visits requiring an American Sign Language interpreter must call one week prior to the date of desired appointment.
