Program Delivery
Eligibility: - Generally Hennepin County residents who have no health insurance or have health insurance that does not cover the cost of immunization

- BabyTracks program: Must live in Hennepin County and have a child ages birth - two

- Perinatal Hepatitis B program: Hennepin County residents who have tested positive for Hepatitis B and are pregnant or new mothers

- Limited vaccines for adults who do not have health insurance

- Anyone who needs immunization records
Languages: Interpreters available
Application Process: Call for appointment; immunizations are provided at the Hennepin County Public Health Clinic/Health Services Building and NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center
Program Fees: - There may be fees for some immunizations, vaccinations or immunization records or forms

- Low cost vaccines available through Minnesota Vaccines for Children (MnVFC) Program. Call for information on vaccine costs.
