Program Delivery
Eligibility: - Discharge other than dishonorable from armed forces

- In most cases 181 days of active duty in armed forces are required for state benefits, 90 days or more for most federal benefits

- Must be temporarily disabled and unable to work for at least 30 days to be eligible for disabled veterans relief

- Veterans completing chemical dependency treatment may be eligible for disabled veterans relief
