Program Delivery
Eligibility: - Adults with serious mental illness and who may also have a co-occurring substance use disorder

- Children and adolescents who have severe emotional disturbance, have been abused or neglected, or have been court-ordered for evaluation

- Serves Hennepin County residents
Languages: Interpreters available
Application Process: Call to schedule an appointment; clients will be triaged according to clinic guidelines
