Program Delivery
Eligibility: - Must be age 21 or older

- Must be single or married or partnered

- Rent or own a home with at least 2 bedrooms in Hennepin County

- Meet foster care licensing standards and pass criminal and social service background checks

- Are at least two years free from chemical abuse
Languages: Interpreters available
Application Process: - Call; visit website

- Must attend an information session and complete required paperwork/documentation; an intake worker will be assigned after completion of information session and submission of paperwork/documentation
