- Evaluation of immediate need for crisis/emergency services (telephone triage)
- Mobile crisis response team
- Risk assessment and evaluation for more intensive services
- Assistance in deescalation of psychiatric emergencies
- Coordination with consumers, family, policy, health care providers and hospital emergency rooms
- Documentation of assessment and consumer crisis plan
- Clinical consultation with designated mental health professionals
- Referral for crisis stabilization services
