Program Hours:
- All public facing services are closed to walk-in traffic, including all Human Services Centers
- Monday – Friday: Call Hennepin Shelter Hotline 8 am – 9 pm; call 211 afterhours
- Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: Call Daytime and Afterhours Shelter Team 1 pm - 9 pm; call 211 afterhours
- For calls received outside of business hours, leave a voicemail, and calls will be returned the next day
- All Shelter Team services will be offered by phone only. The Daytime and Afterhours staff will be manning the phones 7 days a week.
- The Shelter Team will be utilizing phone, email, fax, and also have drop boxes available
