Provides families with school-age children who are at risk of losing their housing with the county and community supports and resources available to prevent homelessness. Assistance may include rent payment assistance (families with elementary age children enrolled in partner districts that meet income eligibility requirements) and/or referrals for employment, food, and more.

Income eligible families with school-age children (Pre-K through 12th grade) in the Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Hopkins, Richfield, Robbinsdale, and Intermediate 287 school districts who are at risk of losing their housing
