CANCER SCREENINGS: Offers clinical breast exams and mammograms to women ages 40-64 and 65 and older without Medicare Part B. Women ages 30-39 can receive a mammogram at no cost if there is an abnormality. For cervical cancer screening offers pap tests for women ages 21-29, and pap and HPV tests for women ages 30-64, and 65 and older who do not have Medicare Part B.  Offers coloscopy for colorectal cancer screenings to women and men ages 45 and older who do not have personal or family risk factors or symptoms that suggest colorectal cancer. Also available for men and women age 18 or older with a personal or family history of colorectal cancer or a personal history of polyps and or inflammatory bowel disease. Can also assist men and women age 18 or older with signs or symptoms suggestive of colorectal cancer

TRANSPORTATION: Can provide transportation related to cancer treatment to eligible individuals.

PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE: Can provide financial assistance related to cancer treatment for radiation or chemotherapy treatments.

SUPPORT GROUP: Offers a support group for breast cancer survivors at the Learning Center in the Weinberg Building downtown at University of Maryland Medical System.

Application Process Walk-in, phone or outside referrals accepted.
Documents Required Valid driver's license or state ID, Social Security card if a US citizen. If the patient does not have a photo ID, two proofs of Baltimore City residency such as a BGE bill, cable bill, letter from landlord, or a phone bill.
Normal Wait Times 5-10 days, depending on client's availability.
Volunteer Requirements 18 and older.
