Eligibility
|
Open to the public. For death certificate, customers do have to show entitlement, by direct relationship or tangible interest.
|

Program Fees
|
Certified copies of birth and death records are issued to authorized persons for a fee of $10. For each additional copy of a death certificate within the same transaction the fee is $12. Certified copies of marriage and divorce verification's are issued to authorized persons for a fee of $12. Copies of divorce decrees are retrieved from the local Circuit Court where the event occurred. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, cash, check, or money order.
