SENIOR CARE: Offers a coordinated system of community services for frail clients age 65 or older that need help with activities of daily living to help keep seniors living in their own home, and at a lower cost than long-term care facility. Services vary according to the client's need, but may include personal care, light housekeeping chores, and emergency response systems, such as case management services.
