Description
|
NURSING HOME/REHABILITATION: Provides comprehensive care to patients that have complex medical issues and need 24 hour nursing care. Offers skilled nursing care to individuals suffering from spinal cord or traumatic brain injury and stages of spinal disease and/or other infectious diseases, & need inpatient or long-term care. Also provides treatment for persons with tuberculosis. Offers rehabilitation services to all inpatients in the center, which includes occupational, physical, and speech therapy. Also provides prosthetic/orthopedics specialists that comes two times a month.
KIDNEY DIALYSIS UNIT: Offers a wide range of treatment choices that include in-center hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, and renal transplant referral monitoring services.

|
