Description
|
HOUSING: Manages the Certified Adult Residential Environment (CARE) housing program. Provides supportive housing in a family setting and case management to disabled adults, including persons with AIDS. Project HOME maintains customers within the community by mobilizing all resources available and encouraging the least restrictive environment possible for care. Staff recruit, locate, certify, counsel, and monitor homes to be used for customers.
