Description	FAMILY BASED SERVICES: Provides a home-based service to families in which one or more children are at-risk of foster care. This preventive, short-term service includes case management and referrals for family counseling. Also offers parent aide support, teaching and modeling parenting skills and networking of extended family and community systems.
