Description
|
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provides assistance to HealthChoice enrollees (Medicaid/Medical Assistance recipients) by answering questions about Medicaid benefits/covered services, care access, and resolving concerns or complaints related to the HealthChoice Program. Enrollees are encouraged to call their managed care organization (MCO) Member Services line or the HealthChoice Helpline for assistance. The HealthChoice Helpline for Pregnant Women assists pregnant women and women with young children to understand their benefits and how to access health services.
