ENROLLMENT: Enrolls Medical Assistance recipients into an MCO and helps them to select a Primary Care Provider (PCP). Clients determined to receive Health Care benefits are required to choose a Managed Care Organization (MCO) and a PCP. Eligible recipients have 30 days to choose a MCO and PCP. If they do not contact the Enrollment Line to make a choice within that time frame, they will automatically be assigned to a MCO and PCP. Recipients may choose a different MCO on the anniversary of their enrollment into HealthChoice during an Annual Right to Change (ARC) period.
