Program
Eligibility	Once every 24 months for families with children under the age of 21, and pregnant women. To qualify for burial assistance, individuals must receive TCA, TDAP, or SSI. Must meet income guidelines.

Languages Offered	Interpreter services available upon request.
Program Fees	None.

Documents Required	Proof of income and wages, assets, and need for all household members. Photo ID and SS cards for all household members. Proof of qualifying emergency. Call for more information.
