Volunteer Duties	Good written, verbal communications and computer (or willing to learn) skills. Answer calls, assess callers' problems and use database to find appropriate referrals or information to meet callers' needs. Other opportunities include helping to maintain referral resources, data entry, tabling, leafleting, and special projects or internships.
