|
RESOURCE COORDINATION: Regional coordinators work with uniformed service members, veterans and family members to access mental health and substance use services either through the VA health care system or community providers regardless of branch of service, era of service, or discharge status. Provides information and referrals regarding behavioral health treatment and supportive services.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Provides education and training opportunities regarding military culture, barriers to care, evidence-based and best practices, and lived experience for healthcare and behavioral health providers, peers, first responders, and community groups.

Eligibility
|
Active duty, Reserve, National Guard, veterans, and their family members (including the Commissioned Corps of US Public Health Service and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) residing in Maryland.
